Green Twist !

It’s MAY have your attention. This is not about Mother’s Day. It’s about Earth day. Earth is the motherland of all the mothers.

Earth Day is celebrated on April 22nd every year to raise awareness about environmental issues and encourage people to take action to protect the planet. And Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May in the United States to honor mothers and motherhood. Both are important days to celebrate and show appreciation for the things that sustain us.

As an human being , I'm playing different roles as daughter, wife, mother. And stepping into the shoes of different characters. But sometimes, the most challenging role is being myself.

“As a mother, I always try to do what’s best for my child and for the world they will inherit. That’s why, when I threw a birthday party for my son, I had the best intentions when it came to being environmentally conscious. I bought biodegradable plates and utensils, set up recycling bins, and tried my best to make sure everything was disposed of properly. But despite my best efforts, things didn't go as planned.

The trash ended up getting mixed up and it was a mess. I felt like I had failed in my role as a responsible parent and citizen.

But instead of getting discouraged, I decided to take action. I woke up early the next morning and sorted through all the trash, making sure everything was disposed of in the right bin.

It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Not only did I help the environment by properly disposing of the trash, but I also learned a valuable lesson: even when things don't go as planned, we can still make a difference by taking small actions.

Yes, one simple but important action you can take to sort out trash is to make sure you always throw things away properly in the bin.

you can help keep your community clean and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills.

So next time you find yourself in a similar situation, remember that it's never too late to do the right thing. Every little bit helps when it comes to going green.

May the twist be with you!!
